Legal documents and terms

Use of the Site and Services

Access to informational content on our site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute investment advice for any individual or entity. When Brightpathzone provides bespoke analysis or advisory services under a signed engagement, deliverables are tailored based on information the client supplies and the agreed scope. Users must be eligible to enter contracts in the applicable jurisdiction and represent they have the authority to provide information and accept terms. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or misleading information during intake. If you provide data or documents for analysis you confirm you have the right to share those materials and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights. For institutional or custodial interactions we will coordinate with authorized representatives per the engagement document. Brightpathzone may suspend access for misuse or nonpayment, subject to contractual termination provisions where applicable.

Fees, Billing, and Payment

Fees for Brightpathzone services are set out in proposals and engagement letters and are payable according to the agreed schedule. Fees may include fixed project amounts, hourly rates, or retainers depending on the arrangement. Clients are responsible for any third-party costs incurred (for example, data subscriptions or custodial fees) when specifically agreed. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services. For recurring or retained services, we will provide periodic invoices with supporting detail. Refunds, if any, are governed by the engagement terms and will be handled in accordance with those terms. Any billing disputes should be raised promptly in writing so both parties can attempt resolution. Brightpathzone may modify pricing for future services with advance notice in proposals, and existing engagements will follow the agreed terms until completion or renewal. Payment methods will be described in the invoice; for wire or ACH transfers clients should follow the transfer instructions provided in invoices or proposals.

Confidentiality, Data, and Intellectual Property

Brightpathzone and its clients enter into confidentiality obligations for proprietary materials and client data. Client-provided information used to produce deliverables is treated as confidential and will only be shared with service providers under contractual confidentiality obligations or as required by law. Brightpathzone retains ownership of its methodologies, templates, models, and deliverable formats, while clients retain rights in their proprietary data and the final reports delivered under the engagement, except as otherwise agreed in writing. We maintain secure handling practices for sensitive documents and will provide secure transfer instructions for files. If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant Brightpathzone a non-exclusive license to use such feedback to improve services. Any requests to publish case studies or sample reports that contain client data will require written client consent and anonymization where appropriate.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

All analyses and models provided by Brightpathzone are based on assumptions, inputs, and methodologies that by nature involve uncertainty. Past performance is not indicative of future results. While we strive for accuracy, no representation or warranty, express or implied, is made as to the completeness, suitability, or reliability of any information, projection, or recommendation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brightpathzone and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use of our site or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where applicable law limits or excludes such liability, the aggregate liability will be limited to amounts paid to Brightpathzone for the specific services giving rise to the claim. Professional engagements are subject to the specific terms of signed engagement letters, which set out the scope, deliverables, and liability terms agreed by the parties.

Termination and Changes to Terms

Either party may terminate a services engagement according to the termination provisions in the applicable engagement letter. For site access, Brightpathzone may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or applicable law. We may modify these Terms of Service at any time; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and where required we will notify clients by email. Continued use after posted changes constitutes acceptance. If you have questions about changes or need a copy of historical terms, contact us using the details below. Any disputes arising under these terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement will be governed by the law specified in the Governing Law section and resolved in the agreed forum.
